As explained in the introduction, ZEN Barcelona eyewear models are inspired by the city of Barcelona, as are the shapes and colors used in the designs. All eyewear models are developed by designers and, in just six months, are created and developed into unique and special glasses, combining different materials such as steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.
All collections represent a design and production challenge. Nevertheless, ZEN commits itself every year to coming up with new solutions, materials, and finishes that make its models some of the best on the market.

Challenging color combinations and materials
ZEN Barcelona is innovative and does not shy away from bold material choices. You will find frames with exclusive patented 'hPipe' hinges and metal engraved models. We see bright colors such as colorful blue, bright red, or neon in the glasses. This is combined with a neutral color such as havana, brown, or black. Some glasses also have a mix of light colors with transparent acetate.
